Boarding the Tour

The Conductor Awaits!

Our friendly dispatcher will help you board your tour quickly and comfortably, whether you have made an advance reservation or just walked up to buy a ticket at the event. When your tour is boarding, the dispatcher will call each reserved group by name in the order their tickets were purchased, and then our walk-up guests will board in the remaining available seats.

Because we board from our reservation list, all you need to bring is yourself!

Need another time? No problem.

If you are unable to make your reserved time, you are welcome to move your reservation until the afternoon of the event. You may also use your reserved ticket as a walk-up ticket any night of the event for a seat on the next available trolley. Walk-up seating may take some time, and there is a price differential for later weekends. We will do our best to accommodate you.

We're here to help

If your party includes a guest in a wheelchair, please let us know 2 days in advance so that we can be sure boarding goes as smoothly as possible. The Red Trolley has a wheelchair lift, and our guides are trained to operate it, but time and space constraints limit us to one wheelchair per tour. We're always happy to help if you require any other kind of special assistance; please do not hesitate to give us a call at (850) 583-1365.
