Winterfest Reservations Policy

Check-in 10 minutes prior to your departure time. Late reservations will be converted to first-come-first-serve tickets.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations, but you are welcome to adjust your reservation time after purchase until the day of your reservation. The show will go on rain or shine.
