### Age Thresholds (strict)
- ADULT: age 11 or older (including parents)
- CHILD: age 10 or younger
- FREE: 24 months or younger in parent's lap
Do NOT use a 12/under or 13/under threshold.
### Opening Night (2026)
Friday, November 27. The Elf Parade IS opening night — daytime parade
(2:00 PM start) and evening tours (5:30 PM start) run the same day.
Do not tell users they must choose one or the other.

Wonderland Market
The Winterfest Wonderland Market experience will be the cornerstone of the opening weekend to all the magical Winterfest activities and parades that kick off the Pensacola Holiday Season! Set in Beautiful Historic Downtown Pensacola, the thousands of Market attendees will stroll through the open-air Winter Wonderland Market, showcasing holiday goodies, gifts, and Christmas treasures both big and small! Market products may include:
- Food, Beverages, and Treats (Cottage Industry or Certified Kitchen Lease proof must be submitted with application)
- Visual Arts (i.e painting, photography, digital art),
- Clothing and Accessories
- Jewelry and Handcrafted items (i.e. sculpture, woodworking).
- Health & Beauty (i.e. soaps, lotions, scrubs)
Christmas/Holiday items and talent are heavily favored for Market acceptance.
Market Tent Space Options
• 10' x 10': $50
• Food Truck: $150 (Only 3 spots left!)
A few rules to keep in mind…
- Only one vendor per market space - sharing is not permitted.
- No alcoholic, drug or explosive related items may be sold in the Market.
- Your tent must be all white/non branded.
- On-Board / Portable generators are prohibited.
- Setup starts at 9am November 25th
- 50% deposit of Wonderland Market vendor fee is due upon acceptance of your application. Balance to be paid 30 days PRIOR to arrival at the festival.
- Service businesses and national brands do not qualify for Wonderland Market. Contact us directly for Sponsorship Opportunities.
