Need a ticket? Lost your online reservation? Just want to know how to get to one of downtown Pensacola's great restaurants? We're happy to help you at the Winterfest Customer Service office at dispatch!

Every night of Winterfest, our volunteer elves are waiting to help you with anything you might need from parking advice to information about other holiday events downtown.

Missed Tours

We do not offer refunds for missed tours, but we'll be happy to honor your ticket for the next tour with seats available. Due to high demand, we may not be able to honor missed reservations on the final weekend, but we will do our best if you let us know you're going to be late.

Accessibility

Have trouble climbing stairs? Ask any of our volunteer elves, and they'll call someone to come and assist you at street level.
