Check In

Check-in 10 minutes prior to your departure time with the dispatcher.

There is a dispatch station on the corner of Government and Palafox for the Polar Express and Scrooge tours.

Grinch Tour customers please check in with the dispatcher on Government at the plaza behind the Artel Gallery building.

Late Arrival

Late reservations will be converted to first-come-first-serve tickets on the same day. If you cannot be accommodated on the day of your reservations, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Rebooking Reservations

You may move your reservations to another date for a fee of $10 per ticket and $20 for a photo appointment. Tickets cannot be moved 24 hours before your scheduled trip. Booking with coupon discounts is only available via our website and not via phone. A booking fee of $20 will be added if reservations are made through the Winterfest office. Please make your reservations online.

Large Groups

Please call to make reservations for large groups. There are limited group opportunities.

The Show Will Go On

We do not offer refunds. The show will go on rain or shine.

Winterfest provides family-friendly entertainment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose conduct degrades the experience for other passengers or impedes safe operation of the trolley. You may not bring food or drinks on the trolley.

Acts of God

If tours are suspended due to an Act of God, we will contact you and do our best to rebook you on another night at no additional cost. For tickets on our final nights, we may offer rebooking in the following year.
