Tour Guides

Leading you on the Performance Tour are several guides, each with their own special style. Singing songs and telling stories, your tour guide will introduce you to the magical world of Winterfest holidays past and present. You can select your guide when you reserve your seat for the Performance Tour.

Kathy Lyon

Kathy Lyon has been performing professionally for 35 years, including seven overseas tours for the USO and the Department of Defense. She has been a featured vocalist for jazz festivals in Florida as well as in the Washington DC area. Kathy regularly sings with many of the top musicians in the area at club, restaurants and special events, and has two albums to her credit. This is her second year as a Winterfest Guide, and she also performed with this past summer's Pirate Trolley tours.

Donna Blackmon

Donna Blackmon is a dynamic Vocalist who has performed in major cities all over the United States. These days she can be found performing in Pensacola's top jazz clubs with an all-star lineup of musicians, as well as in various theatrical productions around the city.

Emily Mixon

Emily Mixon graduated from The Boston Conservatory with a BFA in Musical Theatre. Emily is a choreographer for the Pensacola Children's Chorus and is on the faculty of Ballet Pensacola. She has performed in over a dozen shows in the Pensacola area and often choreographs and directs for Washington High School and Pensacola Little Theatre, among others. Emily is proud to be with Winterfest Pensacola for the 2nd year returning as Miss Winterfest and also as a Guide this season.

Nathan Toepher

Nathan is a very active member of the theater community in Pensacola. He holds his BFA in musical theater from the University of West Florida. Some recent productions include The Rocky Horror Show, The Sound of Music, The Hobbit, and Godspell. This is his very first time working with Winterfest!

Justine Olan

Justine grew up in Pensacola, FL, and began taking piano lessons and dancing when just 4 years old but loved to sing the most. Justine was a member of the Pensacola Children's Chorus from fourth grade until her senior year of high school, and studied musical theatre at Columbia in Chicago, IL, completing her degrees at University of West Florida in Psychology and Musical Theatre. She is very active in local community theatre productions, is a praise team singer at Marcus Pointe Baptist Church, and has recently been working on an album of American Jazz Standards.
